You must be 18 or over to purchase from us. The information you provide — name, address, payment details — must be accurate. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order — if we do, you'll be notified promptly and refunded in full. If you need to change or cancel an order after it's been accepted, contact us immediately at info@thobestudio.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.

Prices are in GBP and are correct at the time your order is confirmed. Shipping costs are shown at checkout — no hidden charges. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch. We don't store your card details.

We aim to dispatch promptly. Delivery times are estimates. Once your order is with the carrier, responsibility passes to them. We'll provide tracking where it's available and aren't liable for delays outside our control.

Our Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply in full.

Everything on this website — the Thobe Studio name, logo, images, copy and design — belongs to us. You may not reproduce or use any of it without our written permission. You may only use this website for lawful personal purposes. Any misuse — fraud, scraping, harmful content, impersonation — may result in your access being suspended.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page. Continuing to use the store after an update means you accept the revised terms.
