Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday and are not processed on Sundays or UK public holidays. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information once your order is on its way.

We ship via Royal Mail. Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) costs £3.99 and typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Express Delivery (Tracked 24) costs £6.99 and aims to arrive the next working day from dispatch. Orders over £85 qualify for free Standard Delivery automatically at checkout.

If you are local to Liverpool, we offer free local delivery as an alternative to postal shipping. If your postcode qualifies, this will show as an option at checkout. You can also message us directly on WhatsApp, call, or text on 07570490781 to arrange local delivery.

All orders are dispatched from Liverpool, and every unit is quality checked before it is packed. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or anything outside our control.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not heard from us within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@thobestudio.co.uk.

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, get in touch and we will chase it with Royal Mail. Please allow a few extra days during busy periods before reaching out. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address, please double check your delivery details before confirming.
