Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders aren't processed on weekends or UK public holidays. You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking information once your order is on its way.

We ship via Royal Mail. Standard delivery (Tracked 48) is free on all UK orders and typically arrives within 2–3 business days of dispatch. If you need it sooner, Express delivery (Tracked 24) is available at checkout for £4.99 and arrives the next business day. Delivery times are estimates — we're not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or anything outside our control.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't heard from us within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@thobestudio.co.uk.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, get in touch and we'll chase it with Royal Mail. Please allow a few extra days during busy periods before reaching out. We're not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address — double-check your delivery details before confirming.
