How do I find my size?
We use two different sizing systems depending on the collection. Kuwaiti Inspired uses one code — length plus fit — matched to your height and usual shirt size. Moroccan Gandoura uses a simpler Size 1/2/3 system based on height alone. Full details for both are on our Size Guide.

What do the size codes like 56M or 58L mean?
These apply to Kuwaiti Inspired only. The number is the length in inches, matched to your height. The letter is the fit, matched to your usual shirt size. So 56M means 56" length in a Medium fit. Not every fit is available at every length — check the options on each product page.

What size should I get for the Gandoura?
The Gandoura runs true to a relaxed fit and uses Size 1, 2, or 3 based on height rather than a length-and-fit code. Full ranges are on our Size Guide.

My size isn't showing — can I still order it?
Yes. Some sizes are available to order on request. Email us at info@thobestudio.co.uk before placing your order and we'll confirm availability and arrange it for you.

Do you offer custom sizing?
We don't currently offer fully bespoke garments, but if you need a size or length that isn't listed, get in touch. We may be able to help depending on your requirements.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my thobe or Gandoura?
Care is the same across the range. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, turned inside out. No bleach. No tumble dry. Dry flat or on a hanger, away from direct sun and heat. Steam or iron on low, inside out, avoiding direct contact with embroidery. Full details are on our Care Guide.

Can I dry clean my thobe or Gandoura?
Dry cleaning is safe if you prefer it for occasion wear. For everyday garments, machine washing on a gentle cycle is perfectly fine and won't damage the fabric.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We process and dispatch within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday and are not processed on Sundays or UK public holidays. Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) is £3.99 and typically arrives 2–3 business days after dispatch. Orders over £85 qualify for free standard delivery automatically at checkout. Express delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is £6.99 and arrives the next business day after dispatch. If you're local to Liverpool, free local delivery will show as an option at checkout if your postcode qualifies.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If you're based outside the UK and interested in ordering, email us at info@thobestudio.co.uk and we'll let you know when international shipping becomes available.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't heard from us within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at info@thobestudio.co.uk.

Returns & Orders

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

What if my item is faulty or not as described?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@thobestudio.co.uk with a photo and we'll arrange a return at our cost and issue a full refund or replacement.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, subject to stock availability. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll set it up. We send your replacement out once your return reaches us and has been checked, so we can't hold a size for you while your parcel is in transit. If the size you want has sold out by the time your return arrives, we'll refund you instead. Return postage is on you unless the item is faulty. If you're unsure which size to order, check our Size Guide or email us first — we'd rather help you get it right first time.
