Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, we'll make it right.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Items must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and free from any scents or marks. If the item doesn't meet these conditions when it arrives back with us, we reserve the right to decline the return.

We don't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered, items returned after the 30-day window, or gift cards.

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return shipping and sort it — full refund or replacement, your call. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll take it from there.

If you're returning because you've changed your mind, return postage is on you. Use a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for anything lost in transit.

To start a return, email info@thobestudio.co.uk with your order number and what you're sending back. We'll reply within 2 business days. Once we receive and check the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No restocking fees, ever.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain fully intact. This policy sits on top of them, not instead of them.
