2. Our Products

We sell thobes and clothing through our online store at thobestudio.co.uk. We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, and they are provided to help you make an informed choice before purchasing.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Thobe Studio Ltd is not VAT registered and no VAT is charged on your order. The total cost of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase.

4. Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your goods do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
